DISCLAIMER
MyPvM.shop asks all users to treat each other with respect. Failure to do so may result in removal from our services and community.
1. Overview
This document, referred to as the "ToS", defines the relationship between you (the "client") and MyPvM ("we", the "service provider"). "Owners/Founders" refers to the owners of MyPvM.
The ToS does not constitute a legally binding contract or guarantee. Once services are agreed upon, any violation of these terms will void any remaining service expectations, completed or not, without obligation of refund or continuation.
2. Account Access & Risks
MyPvM requires access to your Oldschool RuneScape account to perform services. This includes both explicit and implicit risks, such as the potential for temporary or permanent bans by Jagex.
We do not accept responsibility for any bans, mutes, or penalties imposed by Jagex, during or after our service.
3. Communication & Security
All communication must take place within your support ticket.
Tickets are stored indefinitely for record-keeping.
For sensitive information (e.g. login details), use the
/addaccountDiscord bot command only. Do not share such details publicly or privately outside this system unless explicitly authorized by a Founder. You can find more about it here.
4. Funds & Wallet Policy
Deposits, wallet balances, and gold may be invested in a financial market of our choice due to the risk of bans by Jagex.
To minimize exposure:
We do not hold excess gold beyond our operational reserve.
If losses occur, payouts will be proportional to remaining funds.
Any alternative agreements must be pre-approved by an Owner.
After 6 months of inactivity, we’ll consider your wallet dormant. Any remaining funds will be removed from your account.
Leaving the Discord server forfeits any remaining wallet balance.
5. General Policy
Allow reasonable time for service completion and updates.
If your account becomes inaccessible outside of your or our control, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of the Owners.
Violating the Terms & Conditions forfeits your right to a refund or service continuation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason.
Attempting to bypass fees, scam, or trade outside of the server = immediate ban + no refund.
If a Discord “nuke” occurs, and you do not rejoin within 3 months, your wallet balance will be forfeited.
Terms & Conditios can change at any time.
6. Payments, Refunds, & Consumer Rights
6.1 Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full upfront. Use of our services constitutes an agreement that you are receiving digital content and/or services governed by applicable consumer protection laws, including the Digital Content Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/770).
6.2 Refund Policy & Service Transfers
Standard Transfers: If you choose to switch to a different in-game service, 100% of the remaining value will be transferred to your internal wallet.
Discretionary Refunds: Once a service has commenced, refunds are generally not issued except under exceptional circumstances determined solely by MyPvM Owners. If a discretionary refund is approved, we may refund 80% of the remaining wallet or service value.
In-Game Currency & Gold: Successfully delivered in-game currency or gold cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Refunds are only applicable in limited scenarios such as failed, cancelled, or disputed transactions. In such cases, any eligible refund will be processed as a reversal of the original transaction and returned to the original payment method — or, if the client agrees, issued as service credits toward future purchases.
6.3 Statutory Consumer Rights
In accordance with applicable law, consumers retain the right to seek remedies if digital content or services fail to conform to the agreed terms. This includes:
Non-Conformity: If a service is not delivered as described or fails to meet contract standards, you are entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, a price reduction, or contract termination with a full refund.
Legitimate Chargebacks: We acknowledge your right to initiate chargebacks for services not delivered. Any attempt to block legitimate refund requests or chargebacks for non-conforming services shall not be enforceable.
Maintenance: We will provide any updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the digital service as required by law.
6.4 How to Claim a Remedy
If you believe a service does not conform to the agreed terms, you must submit a request within a reasonable time of discovering the issue. Please contact our support team at admin@mypvm.shop with a detailed description of the discrepancy.
7. Risks – Explicit & Implied
We are not liable for any bans, mutes, or losses during or after our access.
Our custom security plugin uses a side-loader and an unapproved Runelite client.
Use is optional. You accept all risks associated with it.
We are not responsible for Hardcore Ironman deaths under any circumstance.
Ironman accounts are treated the same as mains unless stated otherwise.
After your service is completed, you must change your password and bank PIN.
8. Gold & Item Sales
Buying Gold:
Once gold is delivered, we are not liable for bans/locks/rollbacks.
Buyer pays transaction fees unless agreed otherwise.
Selling Gold:
Once gold is transferred to us, we assume full risk.
We cover fees unless agreed otherwise.
Crypto payments are final. Delays or price drops are your responsibility.
9. Account Sales
If the account is locked, we will assist where possible.
We are not liable for bans/locks after handover.
No refunds after account details are delivered.
Default warranty: 1 month, unless stated otherwise.
Reselling voids warranty.
We may buy back accounts at 25% of sale price, if no new offenses exist and account is unchanged.
Late payments may result in us recovering the account and keeping partial payments.
10. UGIM – Item Sales
No responsibility for bans/locks after item delivery.
Instant transfers using bug abuse = you assume all risk.
Once items are traded, responsibility ends.
Crypto payment delays and market volatility = your risk.
Items are sold on a first come, first served basis.
No mixing of item groups unless stated otherwise.
We currently offer a method to skip 7-day wait (as of 01.02.2023) unless rejected.
11. Middleman Service
We offer middleman services for any trade.
Fee is:
$15 for trades under $150
10% for trades over $150
We are not responsible for what happens during or after the trade (bans, recoveries, loss, etc.)
All additional fees are paid by the client.
