DISCLAIMER
MyPvM requests everyone to treat each other with respect. Otherwise, you'll be removed from the service.
The following document will hereby be referred to as "ToS." The purpose of this ToS is to describe the relationship between you, referred to as the client, and the service provider MyPvM, referred to as "MyPvM." Additionally, the customer may be referred to as "you" and MyPvM as "we." The term "Owner/Founder" refers to the Founders of MyPvM.
This ToS does not constitute an explicit or implied guarantee of an agreement or contract between the customer and MyPvM. After the agreement of services to be rendered is made, any violation of these ToS is grounds for the forfeiture of all service expectations, both complete and unfinished, with no expectation of reconciliation by the customer.
As MyPvM must access your account for services rendered, there are both explicit and implied risks associated with these services. With this service comes the inherent risk of receiving a temporary or permanent ban from Jagex. MyPvM claims no responsibility, both explicit and implied, for the actions of Jagex that may result in a ban or similar penalty to your account.
All communication will take place inside your ticket. Your ticket will be saved indefinitely. If information is sensitive, such as your login details, this information will be sent via our bot command (/addaccount) to the Discord bot. Only send this information via the bot command and not in any other way, if you do not have the allowance of the founders.
Deposits, wallet balance, and gold will be invested into a financial market of our choice, as RuneScape bans are a common punishment by Jagex. Therefore, we do not want to hold gold exceeding our minimum reserve we hold for operational business. You will be paid proportionally to the total of remaining money, if losses have to be realised. Mutual agreements can be made, but they have to be accepted by the founders.
General Information
➔ While MyPvM will do their best to communicate any necessary information and progress, please allow a reasonable amount of time for these requests to be fulfilled.
➔ If your account becomes inaccessible for any reason out of your or MyPvM's control during the service, a partial refund will be rendered if deemed fit by the Founders.
➔ If the ToS is broken in any way by you, the customer, MyPvM reserves the right to refuse you a refund and cancel all in-progress orders.
➔ MyPvM requests that both parties treat each other with respect. MyPvM reserves the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason deemed fit by the Founders.
➔ Any attempt to avoid paying commission by making deals outside the server will get you banned without us refunding or completing your ticket.
➔ Any attempt at scamming will get you banned without us refunding or completing your ticket.
➔ The ToS can be subject to change at any given time, so it's your responsibility to make a copy of it when you open a new ticket.
Payment/Refunds
- All payments for services to be rendered must be paid upfront to Managers before your order is started.
- Once we have started your order, no refunds will be granted except under extenuating circumstances deemed appropriate only by the Founders of MyPvM.
- MyPvM has the right to refuse or refund orders for any reason deemed fit by the Admins of MyPvM.
- If requested, we refund 80% of the remaining value; however, it requires the approval of the Founders of MyPvM. (This rule applies regardless of whether it is an order or just a wallet. Once you pay, this rule applies.)
- If you decide to use the remaining value for another service, 100% will be refunded.
- If a refund is requested, we only refund in OSRS GP. Exceptions are only made with the Founders' agreement or a prior agreement made in the ticket.
Inherent, implied, and explicit risks
1︙We
are not responsible for any bans, mutes or penalties that occur to the account
while we have access to your account, or anytime thereafter.
2︙We
are not responsible for Hardcore Iron Man deaths under ANY circumstances.
3︙MyPvM
assumes no responsibility for any circumstances that have not been mentioned in
this ToS regarding your OSRS account.
4︙If no other agreement was made, we value ironman accounts the same as main account regarding bank/ gp/ item value.
5︙After completing a service, it is the client's responsibility to change their account password and bank PIN, as well as to thoroughly check if any social media accounts are linked to their OSRS account.
Gold & Item Sales
1︙When
buying gold, we not be responsible for any bans/locks/rollbacks once the gold
has been delivered.
2︙When
selling gold, the moment your gold has been transferred to our account, ban
responsibility is ours.
3︙The
person who sends USD is the one responsible for fees. When you buy gold, you
are responsible for sending fees. When you sell gold, we are responsible for
sending fees. (unless discussed otherwise)
4︙Once
we have sent you a crypto payment, we are not responsible for price
fluctuations. If for whatever reason it takes longer than usual to confirm,
price fluctuations are your risk.
5︙After
the item has been traded over to you, MyPvM is not responsible for any
bans/item loss that may occur.
ACCOUNT SALES
1︙In
case the account gets locked, we will assist you the best way we can to get it
unlocked.
2︙We
are not held responsible for any bans/locks/mutes/lost items after the sale is
completed.
3︙The
refund will become void once the details have been sent to you.
4︙Our
standard warranty is one month, unless agreed otherwise.
5︙If
you resell the account, any warranties will be void.
6︙We will buy the account back for 25% of the selling price if the account has no new offenses, is not listed on Runewatch/WDR, there are no missing items and if we agree to buy it back.
7︙We
will provide you everything from the account (if there's anything) after the
warranty is over,
8︙We
are not responsible for price fluctuations. If for whatever reason it takes
longer than usual to confirm, price fluctuations are your risk.
9︙All
accounts come with registered e-mails. After purchase, access to the original
email address will be provided.
10︙If
you are late on your payment plan, we will give you a notice to pay within 3
days. If you fail to meet the time, we are allowed to recover the account and
keep the partial payment in full, or you can pay it in full and we will give
you the account access back.
UGIM MARKETPLACE TERMS OF SERVICE
1︙By
clicking 'Create A Listing' you agree to all ToS throughout the discord. Please
understand that they may change without notification.
2︙For
the duration that your UGIM items are listed in our discord you may not
advertise it elsewhere. If you proceed to advertise it on other websites like
Sythe you will be held responsible for any punishments in full. Ultimately, you
are responsible to make sure that no market manipulation happens and is
according to the rules in other marketplaces.
3︙All
transactions MUST go through our tickets.
4︙We
are not responsible for any RWT bans. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BANS.
5︙You
accept that we will take a 20% fee (Suicide Account + Bond Money included if
final price above 100$) for all items. If the total value is above 500$ a 10%
fee will be applied. If the total value is under 100$, you will need to pay 5$
for the suicide account and the bond.
6︙You
will respond within a timely manner should a buyer be found or the listing may
be delisted.
7︙You
will only post items you are in possession of. Proof of ownership may be
requested. Posting items you do not own may result in a server ban.
8︙Any
form of communication between buyer and seller is strictly prohibited.
9︙Once
a sale is complete change your password immediately.
10︙Any
abuse of this system may result in appropriate action.
11︙The
item trading process goes as follows:
Once a listing
got accepted, both, the buyer and seller will provide login details to the
admins of the server. The admin will take care of the full transferring process
and after the transfer account left the group, the details of the transfer
account will be provided to the buyer, essentially completing the trade.
Item Sales TOS
1︙When
buying items, we won't be responsible for any bans/locks/rollbacks once the
items have been delivered. If you decide on doing instant transfers, we will
not be responsible for bans as it includes using bug abuse.
2︙When
selling items, the moment your items have been transferred to our account, ban
responsibility is ours.
3︙The
person who sends USD is the one responsible for fees. When you buy items, you
are responsible for sending fees. When you sell items, we are responsible for
sending fees. (unless discussed otherwise)
4︙Once

the items have been traded over to you, MyPvM is not responsible for any

6︙Everything
is based on a first come, first served principle. Items do not get reserved
until paid in full.
7︙If we
agree to a sale, it is final.
8︙You
can not buy a combination of group 1 and 2. It is either group 1 or 2. If you
need items from both groups, you will have to fill out 2 buy forms.
9︙ For
the current time being (01.02.2023), we have a method to skip waiting 7 days.
This will be applied if you do not actively reject this method.
Middleman
➔ If you are
looking for a middleman to watch over one of your trades as you don't feel safe
with your trading partner look no further.
➔ We are happy to
middleman any value for you so that both parties have a safe trading space.
➔ We are charging
a 10% service fee for any amounts above $150.
➔ If your trade is
lower than $150, we will take a $15 fee.
➔ We are not
responsible for anything that happens during or after the trade. (Bans,
Recoveries, Lost wealth)
➔ Any fees that come up with the trade are being paid by you.
